Celery

Celery is native to the Atlantic and Mediterranean coasts and has long been cultivated and used as a food to support the treatment of high blood pressure. In addition to being an ingredient for dishes, today a large amount of celery is grown to produce powder through a process of freezing, grinding to a fine powder to ensure the criteria of nutrient preservation, fiber retention and convenience in use.

In Asia, Rijk Zwaan offers some celery varieties, which are suitable for both indoor and outdoor cultivation. In particular, this variety gives early harvest and high yield on a hydroponic system, suitable for production, processing, juice pressing and powder making.
