Hot pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) is a common condiment that can be used not only as an appetizer, but also to add extra flavour to dishes, especially in Chinese hot pot. Pepper nutritional value is very high, contains vitamin B, vitamin C, protein, carotene, iron, phosphorus, calcium and other components, especially the high content of vitamin C.
